How do I report an incident?
In the mobile app, tap the red Report button at the bottom of the screen. On the web, click “Report Incident” in the sidebar. Fill in the incident type, location, description, and any photos or video. Your report is immediately shared with your neighborhood.
Why am I not receiving alerts?
Check that notifications are enabled for CrimePulse in your device Settings. Also verify your alert address and radius are set correctly under Profile → Settings (mobile) or Settings in the sidebar (web). Neighbor Free accounts receive community digest alerts only; upgrade to Neighbor Watch for real-time alerts.
How do I change my alert area or notification channels?
Go to Settings and update your address, alert radius, or alert delivery preferences (push, email, SMS). If you belong to a community, you can switch between radius-based and community boundary alerts.
How is my location data used?
Your home address is used only to scope incident alerts to your neighborhood. It is never visible to other users — only your general area is used for matching. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my incident report anonymous?
Incident reports are shared with your neighborhood but your personal identity is not disclosed to other residents. Law enforcement access to reporter identity requires a lawful request and is governed by our Terms of Service.
How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Log in at crimepulse.app/billing, then select the plan you want or choose Cancel Plan. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@crimepulse.app within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a brief reason. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@crimepulse.app with subject “Delete my account” and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. All personal data and incident reports linked to your account will be removed.
