Careers · Pre-launch

Build the safety layer
your neighborhood
deserves.

We're a small team building something important. Pre-launch, not hiring broadly yet — but the right people don't wait for a job board.

What we look for

Builders who care.

We hire people who want to make neighborhoods safer — not just technologists chasing the next interesting problem.

Engineering

Full-stack engineers comfortable with Next.js, TypeScript, and distributed systems. Signal processing, ML inference, and real-time architecture experience is a big plus. We're building infrastructure that people's safety depends on — that means correctness comes first.

Growth & community

Community builders who understand how to grow trust-sensitive platforms. HOA relationships, neighborhood leadership, and local government experience valued. This is not a growth-hack role — it requires genuine community credibility.

Law enforcement partnerships

Current or former LE professionals who can translate between platform capabilities and real agency workflows. Understanding of how departments actually evaluate and adopt new tools is the key qualification.

No open roles right now

We're heads-down building.

We're pre-launch and not posting formal roles yet. When we hire, it'll be for exceptional fit — someone who immediately makes the team sharper, faster, or more credible in the communities we serve.

If that's you and you don't want to wait for a posting, send a note to with the subject line "I should be building this with you." Tell us why.

Our working principles
Correctness over speed
We're building infrastructure that affects public safety. Shipping fast and wrong is worse than shipping later and right.
No profiling — anywhere
This principle is non-negotiable. It shapes product design, ML models, and company culture equally.
Community credibility first
We can only succeed if real communities trust us. That trust is built one neighborhood at a time, not with marketing.
Privacy is a feature
Not a compliance checkbox. Homeowners stay in control of their footage because it's the right design — not because we had to.
