Full-stack engineers comfortable with Next.js, TypeScript, and distributed systems. Signal processing, ML inference, and real-time architecture experience is a big plus. We're building infrastructure that people's safety depends on — that means correctness comes first.
Community builders who understand how to grow trust-sensitive platforms. HOA relationships, neighborhood leadership, and local government experience valued. This is not a growth-hack role — it requires genuine community credibility.
Current or former LE professionals who can translate between platform capabilities and real agency workflows. Understanding of how departments actually evaluate and adopt new tools is the key qualification.
